Mission
Healthy Heart Sleep Company’s mission is to be the best provider of sleep therapy in Calgary and surrounding area.
Using our clinical expertise and the products of the leading manufacturers of devices for treatment of sleep apnea, we strive to improve the sleep of all who come through our doors. In doing so we create a work environment where staff feel good about their patient care, but also feel valued and respected.
Vision
We strive to be the best in treating those who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. It is our desire to treat all who are in need of a better night of sleep without prejudice and regardless of financial position. We believe a great day starts with a great sleep!
Our History
2008 to Present
George Handley, RRT, founded Healthy Heart Sleep Company in 2008. He has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist since 1998. Prior to focusing on sleep therapy his experience included work in critical care and emergency rooms, and in the area of research.
Since the Healthy Heart Sleep Company opened its doors they have consistently rated as the top provider of CPAP by patients of the Sleep Centre at Foothills Medical Centre.
Healthy Heart Sleep Company believes in giving back. We sponsor charities, including Canadian Humanitarian who provide relief and opportunities for young people in Ethiopia. We also donate to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDRF). For more than 40 years, JDRF has been a leader in the search for an end to type 1 diabetes (T1D), through both research funding and advocacy.

George Handley has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist since 1998. He has worked at Foothills Hospital in the ICU and in ER. Jennifer Jackson
Jennifer graduated from the SAIT Respiratory Therapy program in 2012. While working in acute care at the Foothills Hospital, she became interested in preventative medicine; particularly in treatment of sleep disordered breathing. Malvin Dang
Malvin was born and raised in Calgary and has been a registered respiratory therapist since 2017. He has worked in Victoria serving the community but has come home to be closer to family. He enjoys cycling, archery and video games.
